ART QUILTS LOWELL 2011: The Sea is an exhibition of art quilts from Canada and the United States with the theme “The Sea”, which will be from August 11 – September 10, 2011. at the Brush Art Gallery in Lowell, Massachusetts.  There will be an opening reception on Saturday, August 13th from 3 to 5PM during the Lowell Quilt Festival.

Art Quilts at the Whistler House Museum of Art 2011

In Conjunction with the Lowell Quilt Festival is A juried, open themed exhibit, which runs from August 19 – September 3, 2011, at the Whistler House Museum of Art.

Events for Festival Weekend August 11 – 13, 2011:

Saturday: Artist Reception 2:00 to 4:00 PM

Friday: Tea & Sweets in the Parker Gallery 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM   $7.00 per person
