A quilt created by the Georgetown Women’s Institute in 1915 is now on display in the Georgetown Branch of the Halton Hills Library. The quilt was recently returned to Georgetown, Ontario, Canada, after spending decades in an a linen closet in England.

  1. How wonderful that this town can enjoy this quilt. I’m sure the descendants of those names on the quilt are especially touched to see their ancestor’s name on it. Wonderful history!
